as I was finishing cleaning up from supper.
You can't hear, but there was also laughing.
Especially from Daddy and the two older ones.
I loved listening to them.Laughter just makes you feel good.
When someone is laughing,
it's hard not to at least smile.
It's contagious.
Often when I think about laughter,
I am reminded of Abraham's Sarah.
Their son Isaac was born when she was 99.
Can you imagine?
His name means "he laughs".
This verse is Sarah's response after Isaac was born.
Genesis 21:6
Sarah said, "God has brought me laughter,
and everyone who hears about this will laugh with me."

There is a version of Are You Lonesome Tonight by Elvis in which he gets a fit of the giggles and laughs through out most of the song. Whenever i here it i cannot help but smile, there is something so contagious about laughter.
Laughter is wonderful and can be so healing! I have discovered as an adult (after being very shy growing up) that the BEST feeling is telling a joke or saying something funny and making people laugh. Also, I've noted that looking back on special events, I mostly remember the funny things people said.
How funny, my husband was just showing this to my girls this week!
I'm sure God has a great laugh, can't wait to hear it :D
Laughter is a contagious thing! My 11 1/2 month old son loves to jabber and now he throws in a laugh here and there while he is jabbering-makes my husband and I both laugh.
